Shoreditch bar, London
Re-design the Callooh Callay website.
The moment you walk into the Rivington Street bar you know you’re in for something special. Inspired by the Lewis Carroll poem Jabberwocky, Callooh Callay has three uniquely styled rooms, two of which are accessed by a walk-in wardrobe. With random furniture, seats made from baths cut in half and toilet walls covered in cassette tapes, let alone amazing cocktails, the entire place is a visual treat.
We created the original website for Callooh Callay, but this time they wanted the site to work harder for them. Taking hints from around the space we created a quirky navigation system which highlights the interior styling and what’s to be expected, whilst at the same time offering no explanation as to what’s going on. The added functionality to the site, imagery, events, links, social media content etc. is all editable, therefore offering the client a manageable solution.
“Tom and Phil are two of the most genuine professionals I have ever met. They are a pleasure to work with and are always on the end of the phone to help with any queries or answer questions. It is quite rare to get this level of service from a small company, but they delivered everything that was promised at the start of the project, and more.
We will definitely work with them again.”
